Do you offer returns?

No refunds due to Sanitary concerns

 

What if I wore my lashes? Can I still return them?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on used items due to sanitary concerns. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if the items have been used or opened. We apologize for this and cannot make exceptions at this time.

 

Do you offer any kind of guarantee?

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your item(s) please contact our customer service by completing our form under Contact Us.

 

Do I need to pay for return shipping if my return is approved?

No, if your return is approved, we will be happy to send you a prepaid shipping label.

 

How long does it take to be refunded for a return order?

Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund. We will process the refund right away but your financial institution or credit card provider may take longer for your account to be credited. The typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days but is not guaranteed. Once a refund has been issued, you will need to contact your financial provider for more information on when it will arrive.
